Located in the heart of the Loire Valley, France region known for its numerous historic castles. This house is located in the countryside, in the middle of a private estate, with a large garden and surrounded by woods. It is ideally located in a tourist region where you can visit the Castles of the Loire and the Beauval Zoo. This house, built during the second half of the 19th century, has been in our family for 4 generations. The house consists of 3 floors, with 8 bedrooms, for a total capacity of 17 guests. Ground floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen.
First floor: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom including toilet, bathtub and shower.
Second floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1/2 bath with sink, 1 separate toilet. The prices indicated include sheets, made beds, towels, cleaning, the central heating usually runs from October to May.
3230 sq ft house. 8 bedrooms, 3 baths ( 4 showers and 1 bathtub) 3 toilets.
Ground floor: dining room for 17 guest, living room with sitting for 17, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bath ( shower, sink, toilet). There are 10 steps to get in the house.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each room, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed, 1 bath ( 1 shower, 1 bathtub, toilet)
2d floor: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a sink in each one, 2 bedrooms with 2 twins beds in each, 1 bath with shower and double sink, 1 separate shower, 1/2 bath with sink, 1 separate toilet.
